Will this actually make me faster on the bike?

Most riders report improved lap times and consistency within 4-6 weeks. The training targets MX-specific fitness: endurance that lasts full motos, strength under fatigue, and reduced arm pump. While individual results vary, the structured approach means you're always progressing toward race-ready fitness.

Is the training built for my level, age, and schedule?

Yes. Your plan is personalized based on your rider questionnaire. We account for your age, current fitness level, racing class, available equipment, weekly schedule, and specific weaknesses. A 40-year-old vet racer gets a different plan than a 22-year-old amateur.

Do I need gym equipment to start?

We can work with whatever you have. Full gym? Great. Home equipment? We'll adapt. Minimal gear? We have bodyweight-focused options. Just tell us in your questionnaire what equipment you have access to.

What makes 27RACEFIT different from a normal gym plan?

Generic gym plans train generic fitness. 27RACEFIT trains MX-specific energy systems, grip endurance, and race-day performance. Every workout is designed around what you actually do on a bike — not what a bodybuilder or CrossFit athlete needs.

Is it a subscription or a one-time payment?

It's a one-time payment of 997€ for one full season of training. Split payment options are also available.

How many days per week do I need to train?

Most plans are 3-5 training days per week, depending on your schedule and goals. We build around your personal and riding days so you're always fresh when it matters. Quality over quantity.

Can I do this alongside my regular riding schedule?

Absolutely. In fact, we plan around your ride days. The schedule ensures you're recovered for riding and racing, not fatigued from training at the wrong times.

What if I have an existing injury or limitation?

Let us know in your questionnaire. We can modify exercises and avoid movements that might aggravate issues. For serious injuries, we recommend clearance from a medical professional first.

Is this suitable for enduro or other off-road riding?

While built for motocross, it works for enduro, supercross, and other off-road riding too. The demands are the same: endurance, aerobic fitness, and strength under fatigue. Just tell us your discipline and we’ll adjust the plan.

How fast can I start training?

Training plans are typically delivered within 2-3 days after you complete your rider questionnaire. We take time to review your information and build a plan that fits.

What if the plan is too hard or too easy?

Your plan includes intensity guidance and we evolve the program based on your progress. If something doesn't feel right, you can always reach out and we'll adjust.
