8. No Refund Policy – Digital Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., e-books, training programs, app memberships) made through 27RACEFIT are final and non-refundable, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

As digital content is delivered electronically and is accessible immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal is waived once the download or access begins.

Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases and at our sole discretion, and only if both parties mutually agree. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to this waiver of the right of withdrawal and agree to these terms.
