After training more that 110 riders, we have developed our own so called "Prius" Training Method.

Think of it like a hybrid car – it's all about efficiency and balance.

We mix high-intensity workouts with low-intensity cardio sessions to keep you improving without burning out.

We also mix up different exercises to keep things interesting and target all the muscles you need to ride.

Plus, we gradually ramp up the difficulty to keep you progressing.

All that is complemented with riding days, which makes it even more effective.

After approximately 3 weeks of training there comes 'The Breaking Point'.

Your body becomes fully adapted,

your muscles get stronger and faster,

your reflexes sharpen,

and your body won't be tired anymore.

That all gives you more control on the bike, which ultimately prevents you from crashing as easily.

More control you have = lower the risk of injury.
