It doesn't matter. We have training plans for all riding levels. Just pick one suits you the best and start training :)
"How quick can I expect results?"
Our riders start noticing improvements 3-5 weeks into the training, but it all depends on how serious you take the training, how dedicated you are and how disciplined you are.
"What is the age limit to join?"
You must be 15 years or older to train with us.
"I am just riding for fun, is it still for me?"
Of course! Being in shape doesn't only make you go faster, but it also prevents injuries.
"I don't want my money wasted, what happens if I get injured?"
Once you purchase the training plan, it's your forever. So, even if you get injured, you can simply wait until you're all healed up and start training by the same plan again.
